Hyatt Regency Kathmandu kicked off the holiday season on November 8, 2024, with its annual Cake Mixing Ceremony, featuring Kathmandu’s largest 24-foot-wide cake mixing table. This festive event gathered esteemed guests, influencers, and notable figures to partake in the cherished tradition of mixing fruits, nuts, spices, and spirits in preparation for Christmas. Executive Chef Suvendu Roy and his team added to the celebration with a showcase of culinary creations from the hotel’s three restaurants. General Manager Ashish Kumar highlighted the ceremony’s spirit of togetherness and immersive experience for all attendees.
