There is something profoundly powerful about young women who choose courage over comfort, conviction over applause. As we unveil WOW’s first ever 30 Under 30 Women edition, we do so with immense pride and deep emotion.
These are the daring 30. The game changers. The women who are redefining what it means to lead, to build, to create and to serve. They represent Nepal in boardrooms and laboratories, in studios and sports arenas, in villages and global cities. Wherever they are, they carry with them a quiet fire.
In curating this list, we have tried to keep it as inclusive as possible. Yet we recognise that there are extraordinary young women across rural and urban Nepal, and among our NRN community, whose stories we may not have reached. Talent does not always stand in the spotlight. Brilliance often works in silence.
This issue is a tribute to all of them. To the women who live excellence every single day. To those who show grace when it is difficult, kindness when it is unexpected, and strength when it is demanded. To the daughters, sisters, founders, dreamers and doers who may never seek recognition, yet deserve it deeply.
WOW 30 Under 30 Women is our celebration of ambition rooted in purpose. It is our salute to resilience shaped by culture. And above all, it is our promise to continue telling the stories of women who are shaping the future of Nepal with integrity and heart.
