For one evening, the flavors of the Himalayas found a new home in Dhaka. On 26 June 2026, Le Sherpa Restaurant joined forces with MANZO Restaurant for an exclusive collaborative dinner that celebrated Nepal’s vibrant culinary heritage and the connections food can create across borders. Chef Krishna Subedi of Le Sherpa worked alongside Chef Zohra Mahila and the MANZO culinary team to present a menu rooted in Nepal’s landscapes, traditions, and producers.
The event marked the next chapter of a partnership that began in 2025, when MANZO brought its cuisine to Le Sherpa in Kathmandu. This time, the journey was reversed, introducing Bangladeshi diners to a thoughtful interpretation of Nepal’s diverse food culture.

The menu travelled from the mountains to the valleys, featuring Jiri rainbow trout, sea buckthorn, wild morel mushrooms, and wild mountain goat from Mustang, alongside cherished classics including bara, juju dhau, momo, and Kathmandu’s iconic pustakari. Every ingredient reflected Le Sherpa’s commitment to sustainability, local sourcing, and the people behind Nepal’s food traditions.

More than a dinner, the collaboration was a celebration of Nepal’s evolving culinary identity one that honors its heritage while confidently sharing its story with the world, one plate at a time.
