WOMEN ON WHEELS BY ZONTA CLUB OF KATHMANDU

Zonta Club of Kathmandu initiated a project titled – Women on Wheels – in collaboration with Heartbeat. The project is supported by Everest Bank and was initiated with the vision of helping economically disadvantaged women create an income source and sustain life. On February 6, Zonta distributed 12 hand carts to 12 women. The distribution event was held at Mount Glory International School. President of Zonta Club of Kathmandu Zn. Seema Pant Golchha, Zn. Ava Shah, Zn Kamal Tuladhar, Ashutosh Sharma, Assistant General Manager of Everest Bank and Juju Kaji Maharjan, Founder of Heart Beat facilitated the cart distribution to the recipients.
