Bar expert Ujjwal K Joshi took guests through the best selection of wines and food, also sharing the history of wines. Karan Vaidya, Nagma Shrestha, Sushant KC, Anna Sharma, Ankita Jain, Dr Garima Shrestha, Esparsh Sarawagi, Sudixya Adhikari were some of the guests present for the session. ‘Sip, swirl and savour’ session wasn’t just about rolling your eyes, sniffing your glass and appreciating the pairing with food but also about networking. The three-course menu was beautifully designed and timed to let the guests and invitees enjoy the new inclusion of wine in their bar.”
