What is your personal style when suiting up for an occasion?
My personal style for suiting up for an occasion really depends on the occasion. My favourite for a formal occasion is a meticulously tailored tailcoat in black wool with distinguishingly ending in two tails at the back. Top that with a beautiful white tie.
Classic fashion tips that never go out of style
The first, for me, is perfectly fitted clothes. I also ensure quality over quantity, investing in well-crafted pieces. Invest in a good watch or two. But ultimately, no matter what or how you wear your clothes, wear it with confidence.
As a Gen-Z what are some of your favourite trending fashion trends?
I love the vintage look. Mixing the 80’s and 90’s style. Wearing oversized and layered clothes while also using brand prints and graphic tees defines my style.
How do you express yourself through fashion?
It shapes the way you present yourself. Carry your look with self-confidence and you will get noticed.
What accessories transform a simple outfit into something stylish?
Ear studs, sunglasses, and a good watch.
How can fashion empower individuals to feel good about themselves?
I feel fashion can be a massive driving factor for individuals to express themselves as behind every fashion look, there is an underlying personality and creative genius rocking the look.
What inspired your love for golf?
My love for golf is in my blood. To excel in anything, it’s not just about love and interest, it’s about being passionate, being almost on the edge of obsession, and that is what I feel about golf. I started golfing at the age of 10 but had to quit because of my studies only to pick it up again at 15.
A fashion trend you have incorporated into your golfing attire.
My favourite golf attire is to wear something dark and not too flashy because I believe it showcases my nature as a serious golfer. It portrays me as focused and concentrated on the game.
What are your plans for modelling and golfing?
Modelling and golf are two different genres, and in the future, I hope to balance my choices equally. But in life, there are always what we call opportunity costs, where in order to succeed in one you must let go of something else. But no matter what the hurdles, I will do my best to perform well and contribute to both fields.
