NEPALI ATHLETE WINS TWO MEDALS AT IFMA WORLD YOUTH GAMES 

Prapti Batas won two medals at the IFMA World Youth Games 2022 in Malaysia. IFMA is the sole governing body for Muay Thai recognised by the International Olympic Committee and the Thai Sports Council. Prapti a 14-year-old contestant who trained at Gymkhana Muay Thai is Nepal’s first participant at IFMA which had a participation of 1,000+ athletes from over 100 countries. Nepal fought against Malaysia, Turkey, Russia and China. Prapti got a Silver Medal at the IFMA Grand Slam (12-15 years) under 51 kgs category. She also won a Bronze Medal in the 51 kgs category (14-15 years).
