The Soaltee Kathmandu organised an Indian Food Festival in collaboration with CD Foundation India, a Delhi-based Trust that is instrumental in promoting bilateral relations between countries through its Embassy Connect Programs, at the all-day dining Restaurant Garden Terrace, from July 15-24. The event introduced culinary novelties from unexplored cuisines of India. Executive Chef Agnimitra Sharma jointly curated the menu with guest’s chefs from Trident Hyderabad, Chef Rohit Kumar and Chef Nirmal Manna.
